QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Hablandis International Language Center is a registered trademark of La Playa Escuela de Español S. L. La Playa Escuela de Español is a private language school where you can study Spanish in Malaga, as well as English, German, French or Italian. It also prepares, through specific courses, the certification of linguistic competence for validated exams related to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

At La Playa Escuela de Español we offer a commitment to academic excellence, the quality of our services and the protection of the environment, with personnel prepared for the development of their tasks, a permanent will to improve and environmental responsibility. We want to become a reference center for the study of languages in Malaga, with a vision of sustainability.

In this sense, the Management of La Playa Escuela de Español has decided to implement a Quality and Environmental Management System, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, in order to offer an improvement in the level of quality in its services of. “Management and delivery of training and language courses in different modalities, international projects of collaboration in educational matters and other training actions”.. The policy is based on the following principles of action and commitments:

  • To promote a productive and enriching work environment, offering quality services to our clients, with an environment that fosters sustainable and responsible practices.
  • Compliance with all legal requirements and other legal and environmental commitments applicable to or subscribed by the organization, ensuring that our activities and services respect both quality and environmental protection standards.
  • Continuous improvement of our Quality and Environmental Management System, through the maintenance and improvement of its effectiveness, ensuring the satisfaction of our users and the reduction of our environmental impact.
  • Efficient and responsible use of resources in our facilities, promoting energy and water savings, and encouraging the recycling of materials in our daily operations, bearing in mind the prevention of pollution.
  • To create and maintain a favorable climate within the organization, training and motivating personnel in relation to quality, respect for the environment and teamwork, allowing the professional and personal development of its members and the achievement of the required quality and environmental objectives.
  • Transparency and open communication, enhancing the communication process to all personnel and promoting a culture of sustainability in our practices, as well as the commitment to reciprocity in all aspects of the development of our activity and the requirements of this policy.
  • Environmental awareness and training of our staff, students and suppliers in sustainable practices that support environmental protection, involving them in the achievement of our environmental objectives.

The Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy provides a reference framework for establishing quality and environmental objectives, carrying out periodic reviews to keep them updated and ensure compliance with the established policy, objectives and goals.

This policy has been elaborated considering that it is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization, supporting its strategic direction, and is reviewed periodically for its continuous adaptation. It has been communicated to all interested parties.

The Management and the rest of the Organization assume the commitment to work within this Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy.
