Bildungsurlaub Spanish course in Málaga: an intensive experience with private lessons included
Maximize the value of your Bildungsurlaub experience with an officially recognized program of 30 teaching units (Unterrichtseinheiten). We have designed a course format that integrates extended group classes and individual tutoring weekly. The result is an intensive course that leaves you time to get to know Málaga.

What is the modality and duration of the course?
It is a face-to-face course of 1 or 2 weeks. We use a hybrid model: daily group classes combined with two private lessons per week, included in the price. -
When do the courses start?
The course starts every Monday of the year, except official holidays and from December 21 to January 6, when the school is closed for Christmas, offering you maximum flexibility to fit in with your work schedule. -
What is the class schedule?
Group classes are held Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (The 2 private lessons per week can be arranged flexibly outside these hours).

Does it meet the official requirement of 30 teaching hours?
Yes. The German authorities validate our model: the extension of the group classes to 55 minutes (compared to the standard of 45) added to the intensity of the private classes equals the official required teaching load (30 UE). -
In which federal states are you accredited?
Program officially recognized in: Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, Hesse, Brandenburg, Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen), Rhineland-Palatinate and Schleswig-Holstein. -
How many students are there per class?
We work with small groups, with an average of 8 students and a maximum of 12. This ensures a participative dynamic and direct attention from the teacher.
About the course
An intensive program that guarantees regulatory compliance (30 UE) and fuses the academic demands of the Bildungsurlaub with actual practice in Málaga. Through extended 55-minute sessions and private tutorials, you will acquire fluency and accuracy for the business environment. Training designed for tangible results, official certification and a direct improvement in your communication confidence.
Program
The course is held from Monday to Friday in the mornings and is designed to cover the communicative competencies required by the Bildungsurlaub regulations.
Group class schedule (4 sessions of 55 min/day):
10:00 am – 11:50 am: Teaching block 1 (2 sessions of 55 min).
11:50 am – 12:10 pm: Coffee break (20 minutes).
12:10 pm – 2:00 pm: Teaching block 2 (2 sessions of 55 min).
Areas of work
Instead of compartmentalizing topics, the program integrates in a practical way:
Spanish for daily and professional life: Grammatical structures and vocabulary applied to real contexts.
Communicative competence: Conversation practice, fluency and correctness.
Flexible component: private lessons
2 hours per week (60 min/class): Flexibly scheduled (outside the group schedule) to work on specific objectives with your tutor (specific doubts, technical Spanish, etc.).

What do I do if my federal state does not appear on the accreditation list?
Although we have direct recognition in most of the key states, employers in other regions often accept the course on a reciprocal basis or by internal decision. Contact us and we will provide you with the necessary documentation for you to consult the feasibility with your HR department.
What documentation do I receive to justify the course?
We manage all official documents:
When you register: You will receive the Registration Confirmation (Anmeldebestätigung) and official state recognition.
Upon completion: You will receive the Certificate of Participation (Teilnahmebescheinigung), essential to justify your absence to the company.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book up to one week before the course, but ideally you should book at least 4 weeks in advance to comply with the notice periods required by German law. In addition, since groups have a maximum of 12 students, availability may be exhausted in high season.
Is accommodation included?
No, the fee covers only the complete academic training. This allows you to choose the accommodation that best suits your budget. If required, the school can arrange a host family or an apartment for you.
