What if I am the only student at my level?
You still start on Monday. If you are the only student at your level in an intensive or semi-intensive course, for as long as that situation lasts you receive half of your contracted hours as one-to-one lessons. You come out ahead: you progress faster in a one-to-one lesson, and you still pay the group course price.
How can I pay? Do I have to pay in full?
To book a course you have to pay 25% of the total amount of the invoice in advance via bank transfer or via PayPal. The rest of the payment is made before or on the first day of the course (by credit card, cash, bank transfer or PayPal).
Are the materials included in the course price?
Yes. Materials are included in the enrollment fee (€45, one time only), along with the placement test and the final certificate.
What happens if I want to change my course or accommodation once I have arrived?
You can change courses in special cases, but once the course has started the amount paid is not refunded. If you want to change accommodation, tell us why: we will try to solve it and, if another place is available, we will switch you, with an additional charge. All the details are in our terms and conditions.
What happens when I arrive and when should I arrive?
One week before you start, we send you the address of your accommodation and directions. The school is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (in summer, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm). If you arrive during those hours, someone from the school will take you to your accommodation. If you arrive on a weekend, let us know beforehand. And if you book the transfer with us, send us your flight details and we will take care of the rest.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
You will be given a certificate as confirmation of the completion of the course, indicating both the level and contents of the course as well as your result in the final test of achievement. To receive it, you must have attended 75% of the classes and passed the final test with a minimum of 60%. The certificate also indicates your result in the following elements that are evaluated during the course and in the final test: attendance and participation, work and progress, written test (reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammatical structures) and oral test (oral expression, listening comprehension, oral interaction).

How many students will there be per class?
Classes usually have an average of 8 students, with a maximum of 12. In low season groups are usually smaller, so the teacher’s attention is even more personalized.
Is there an extra cost if I want to participate in additional activities?
Who do I contact if I have a problem?
Contact the school administration, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (in summer, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm). For emergencies outside those hours, including weekends, we give you a mobile phone number.
Can I start my course on any day other than Monday?
Yes, you can start when you arrive. Keep in mind that courses begin on Monday, so you will miss the earlier classes, and that the price is for a full week.
How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
Can I book my accommodation? Do I have to book accommodation with you?
You don’t have to: you can book just the course and find your own accommodation. If you like, we can advise you on which areas suit you best.
What happens if there is a public holiday?
On public holidays the school is closed and there are no classes. We also close for Christmas, from December 21 to January 6. When you book, we will tell you which holidays fall on your dates.
