Frequently
asked questions

We are here to answer all your questions!

Don’t worry – if you have booked a semi-intensive or intensive course you can still start your course every Monday.

However, please note the following:

If you are the only student of your level, you will have half of the classes contracted in a private lesson format, as long as this situation continues to exist. Even in these cases, you will benefit from the fact that in a private class your knowledge of Spanish will improve rapidly – and the price is lower than that of a private class.

If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us.

To book a course you have to pay 25% of the total amount of the invoice in advance via bank transfer or via PayPal. The rest of the payment is made before or on the first day of the course (by credit card, cash, bank transfer or PayPal).

Yes, the study material is included in the registration fee.

It is possible to change the course under special circumstances. No refund will be made after the start of the course (you can check our refund policy in the Terms and Conditions section of our website). In case you wish to change the accommodation, the school will check the reasons and try to help you solve the problem and change the accommodation if another one is available for an additional charge (you can check the Terms and Conditions section of our website).
