Frequently
asked questions
We are here to answer all your questions!
What if I am the only student at my level?
Don’t worry – if you have booked a semi-intensive or intensive course you can still start your course every Monday.
However, please note the following:
If you are the only student of your level, you will have half of the classes contracted in a private lesson format, as long as this situation continues to exist. Even in these cases, you will benefit from the fact that in a private class your knowledge of Spanish will improve rapidly – and the price is lower than that of a private class.
If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us.
How can I pay? Do I have to pay in full?
To book a course you have to pay 25% of the total amount of the invoice in advance via bank transfer or via PayPal. The rest of the payment is made before or on the first day of the course (by credit card, cash, bank transfer or PayPal).
Are the materials included in the course price?
Yes, the study material is included in the registration fee.
What happens if I want to change my course or accommodation once I have arrived?
What happens when I arrive and when should I arrive?
- A) One week before the course starts, you will be given the address and instructions on how to get to the apartment or school. The school is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and Monday through Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive within this time frame, someone from the school will accompany you to the apartment. In case you arrive on Saturday or Sunday, you have to inform the school before your arrival time in Malaga.
- B) In case you book a transfer with the school, you will have to inform the school of your flight details, and the driver will notify us of the exact time of your arrival.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
You will be given a certificate as confirmation of the completion of the course, indicating both the level and contents of the course as well as your result in the final test of achievement. To receive it, you must have attended 75% of the classes and passed the final test with a minimum of 60%. The certificate also indicates your success in the following elements that are evaluated during the course and in the final test: attendance and participation, work and progress, written test (reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammatical structures) and oral test (oral expression, listening comprehension, oral interaction).
