PRESENTATION

In this sequence of activities we will approach the issue of food allergies from a dual perspective:

• From the diner’s point of view, and
• From the restaurant’s point of view.

 
The diner must make sure he/she knows the ingredients of the dishes (activity focused on oral expression), and the restaurant must inform about them (mediation activity).
